Charles and his team are brilliant. Charles replied to me very quickly to arrange a free quote. I'd been told by a roofer that the leak was being caused by the pointing on my wall and the window placement. Charles had a look and said that he didn't think the pointing or the window were to blame. He pointed out a gap between the neighbour's extension and their house and explained how that could be causing the leak. He gave me two options, one using scaffolding, one without (with me taking the risk and the cost of any broken tiles). After discussing this with my roofer and finding out the cost of replacing any broken tiles I went with the no scaffolding option. Charles was wonderful as he provided so much detail and information on the day of the quote and was very happy to answer any questions I had. The quote was very clear and provided quickly. The job was booked in very quickly too. On the day, Reece texted to say when they were arriving. Both workers were very friendly, mindful of making as little mess, they explained again what was going to be done, and did the work very efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality. They also offered to clean up (I was happy to do this myself but really appreciated them offering). I've been very impressed with Kenilworth Brick Repairs from start to finish. I was really impressed with Charles and his team.  They turned up when they said they would, even letting me know the night before that the weather was too bad to do the job (and wouldn't allow the mortar to set properly). The price was reasonable and everyone I spoke to, Charles and both of his team were extremely courteous, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy before they left. Reace came to repoint brickwork at my house this week.  He arrived on time, worked non-stop and was incredibly careful and thorough in his work. He has done a superb job, including matching the colour of the mortar so his work blends in perfectly.  I have the greatest confidence in recommending this company. Recently had some brick work and re-pointing done by Charles and the team from Kenilworth Brick Repair on the front of the house. Charles attended and gave us a review of the problem and what would need to be done, quote supplied and work booked in. Work was carried out to a high standard, guys were professional and friendly.
